Stress and anxiety manifests itself in many different ways including those listed above and are an indication that changes need to be made. Hypnotherapy can be used to help you to relax and manage your stress.
My programs are tailored specifically for you. Along with Hypnotherapy and NLP I can offer training on self-hypnosis and relaxation techniques, healthy lifestyle and time management coaching, conflict management coaching and problem solving. I find that the number of sessions varies between 3 to 6 sessions.
